Thread needs solution

Hi,

i have the following error while updating to th latest version of Backup and Recovery Management Server:

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue. I understand how inconvenient the situation is, and will be glad to help you!

Looks like some folder in the Documents and Settings cannot get properly updated. The best solution here is to: 

  1. Remove current ABR installation with the help if Acronis Backup and Recovery Clean-up Utility.
  2. Install the latest build onto the clear system

This should solve the problem. Should the issue remain, please resend us MSI log alongside with Windows System Information - it will help us to localise the issue and find an appropriate solution for it.
