Workstation edition failing on clean up step. Interesting logs
This is almost verbatim what I just sent to support. I'm vaguely annoyed that at no point did it occur to them to ask for the logs, still, I have a brain, so we're making progress. Posted here as I've seen similar(ish) posts.

tldr - Acronis is trying to delete the wrong filename
Hi again, I have some additional information. I've found the logs for the other job that failed It's below between ----start--- and ---end---- I don't understand what it is trying to say. The backup step runs ok, so I have no idea why what it is trying to do with the .pdb file. Below that it is trying to delete a file that doesn't exist suggesting that either the delete actually worked, or the filename is wrong. I'm guessing the latter. Ok, looking at the files I have:
OC1_D_2010_11_11_00_15_09_345F.TIB
OC1_D_2010_11_11_00_15_09_345F2.TIB
...
OC1_D_2010_11_11_00_15_09_345F13.TIB
It is trying to delete:
2010_11_23_19_02_49_386F.TIB
which is a) missing the OC1_D_ at the front, and has the wrong date/time elements.
tada. Forward that to the dev team and get them to fix it please.
