Issue with Creating Protection Plan

Hello Friends,

Has anyone experienced long "Optimizing plan for device," during Protection Plan creation?  I have created 4 plans and now suddenly it seems impossibly long to create any other plans. Once I click save, the Backup, Anti-Virus/Malware protection, and other features would finish "optimizing." But, the Protection Plan will never finish completing. It will stay stuck in "optimizing plan for device." I had let it run for a couple hours with no luck. Closing the window will prevent the plan from saving. I have tried recreating a plan multiple times with no luck.  I have even tried different web browsers. Refreshing the browser will obviously also cancel the creation of the plan.  

This is becoming very frustrating.

Have you tried restarting acronis services?

Occasionally I also get this behaviour, but couldn't pin down the origin. So far all of these bugs seemed to be transient and would be gone after some restarts.

Thank you for your response. I have restarted Acronis services on the backup machines with the same outcome. However, this is happening to all new endpoints I install Acronis on, and need to create a Protection Plan individualized for them.  

As I have been deploying Acronis Cyber Protect, every  windows server/computer will run into not being able to finish the creating protection plan process.   I will have to try waiting the next day to reattempt, and if it works, I'll need to wait another day to create another one, if I'm lucky I can create a new plan at all.  

So far, I have been able to create 6 Protection Plans but I need 17.  

This is very frustrating. I am using Cyber Protect Cloud. Standard backup and not Advance.  

For my previous suggestion, you'd need to restart services on the AMS server. If you use cloud though this doesn't apply.

I suggest you contact support about the issue.
