Thank you Steve , This is an image I am trying to produce from My SSD C: drive to my ssd 2TB external drive I have down loaded and run MVP Assistant .exe . but trying t extract the information which is relevant is proving very difficult, am probably beyond my abilities, I have now had two attempts in a row to image my C: failed both timesdrive, I only configure full images so every time it is a new image, should I exit OUTLOOK before imaging?
Thank you

Peter, as you are making a disk backup of C: then the Backup Worker log is the one that will show what issue(s) are being encountered. If you would like to zip up just those logs (or the host folder holding them) and post it to this topic via the File Upload option, I am happy to look at them for you.
If you are using Outlook and including its data in the backup, then any data being held by Outlook that is in memory, i.e. not written out to disk will not be captured, nor any changes written to disk after Acronis has created a VSS snapshot of the C: drive data.
Note: you can quickly get to the correct folder for the logs via the MVP Assistant as per the images below: (then zip up just the last couple of logs).
