I am also experiencing the same problem as described as above by others with my recently purchased Dell Optiplex 380's on PXE boot, I'm currently running the english build 3329 of snap deploy. Could you please provide me with a copy of the fix as well.

Hi!
I've got a bunch of Dell Optiplex 980's and running Acronis Snap Deploy 3.0.3329 (english).
Disabling hard disk RAID mode (enabling legacy mode) fixed the "unable to load linux kernel" problem.
MIC or SDA via CD boot does not detect any NIC.
MIC or SDA via PXE boot does not detect any NIC.
After applying PXElinux (as per http://kb.acronis.com/content/2215) the issue remains: no NIC detected in SD stand-alone, SDA or MIC.
Is there any way to update the NIC drivers to the PXE or ISO? Or am I missing something obvious.
Thanks!

Can I get updated bootable media? For every change in driver do we need to contact you...?
Please help.
