cloning to Sandisk SSD Plus
True image recognises SSD device for backups but tells me I only have one disk when trying to clone my laptop hard drive to the SSD. Any ideas as to why the SSD is not recognised ?

This video tutorial may help... Fully agree with Enchantec, start the clone with your bootable media and not from in Windows. Before you do though, move the new disk to where the original is and put the original in an external drive bay. Then clone from the external to the new internal. Upon completion, and BEFORE booting into Windows, disconnect the original drive .... having 2 drives with the same hardware ID (signature) can cause issues... like rendering the OS unbootable. Personally, I would take a full disk backup image of the original drive first... just to be on the safe side. It's also recommended as a failsafe in the Acronis documentation.
