How to get "install"
I did an online buy of True Image 2016 for 3 computers, and I have the KEY.
Where do I download the non-trial program? Or, do I download the web trial version and put key in, which I can't find the place to put it.
How come I can't get CHAT support???? Is that not available for me? I have no chat or phone support and I just bought this 3 months ago. I had to have a delay needing to install and use. So, I lose all my other support? Why not do as so many others do and provide 30 days support UPON FIRST PHONE CALL?
PLUS ... I'm also trying to transfer (true clone w/operating system) from laptop HD to SSD. I saw where Acronis Migrate is discontinued because it is build in to latest True Image versions?
Are there directions for how to do this?
PLEASE HELP.

To answer your other question about chat. Currently full support is offered for 30 days. Licensing/account issues are always supported and so are recovery issues.

Ok, I found it, but had to go to my account through another path. I assume since the trial-created files and the full version are both 2016 they will work together.
