Problems with ATI 2016
I created a backup of the Users directory on my Windows 10 system and tried to specify exclusions of d:\Users\MyUsername\Dropbox and d:\Users\MyUsername\OneDrive so as not to backup those directories which are already backed up to the Dropbox and OneDrive cloud services, but cannot do so - when I hit [Enter] to add the exclusion, it does not appear in the list of excluded files/folders. The same occurs with any path that I try to add to the exclusions list. This looks like a bug to me.
More seriously, after completing the backup, I asked ATI 2016 to validate the backup and it failed, saying that it couldn't find the 5th backup file, which didn't exist, as actually there were only 4 files.
This gives me little confidence in True Image 2016.
I've since deleted the backup from within True Image and created another one with a different name and the backup and validation seems to have worked fine.

Hi,
Thanks for the response, I don't see a button to bring up the directory choose dialog, all I can do is type in the path.

Hello John,
I would recommend to re-install the software in the following way:
- uninstall the product using the installation file (run installation file and select "Remove")
- then clean up your %temp% folder (Start - Run - %temp% to access this folder) and reboot your PC
- install the software anew (if any antivirus software please deactivate during installation)
- Check if you can sucessfully add custom exclusions to the list.
Thank you,
