Restore Files failes to connect to website

Thread needs solution

When I click on the restore files link it opens a webpage. The login:

https://cloud-wr-us2.acronis.com/login/login.htm

ends up giving me the following error in firefox Problem loading page error in firefox:

Not very impressive...

It seems if I turn off my squid proxy, instead I get a server unavailable right now message. So it appears the "down for maintenance" redirect is not written to work with proxies correctly... Usually this means a page in cache-able that changes dynamically.

Now even without the proxy it is just a blank page. Clearly some work is going on here. Is there a webpage that list maintenance windows or such, so one can know when to expect these types of issues?
