TI 2019 still can't see my external backup drive
Upgraded to Win10 from Win7. Had a backup taken under Win7 and now TI says it can't see the external backup drive (see image 1). However, the drive is there and has the same drive letter (F) and the date/time listed in the TI backup matches the date/time in file explorer (see image 2).
Tried the suggestion of changing the destination of the backup to re-point to the same directory but that didn't work... same error.
The funny thing is that when I choose "recovery" TI will open that backup and I can see my saved files (see image 3).
If I say "back up now" it appears to start the backup. I stopped the backup and it says, as it should, "The last backup has been stopped by user". My hunch is that if I let the backup run to completion the original error (can't see backup drive) would probably go away.
Any idea what's going on, and how someone might re-link the backup to the external drive without having to start another backup?
