UR Universal Restore Link missing from Registered User Product webpage

Thread needs solution

Unlike ALL ATI perpetual Product download pages (for registered users) since at least V2016, the customer could download the Main Install file, Linux Rescue Iso, Product PDF.  I noticed that for ATI Home 2019, the Link for downloading Universal Restore is MISSING!  I read in the 2019 PDF that the Builder can be downloaded from inside the Installed ATI 2019.  This might? be the missing UR d/l file?? or the media builder?  Actually I think the builder is different than an installed UR..again?

No matter, in our company, we have a number of PCs that are"fire-walled" and due to sensitive contents do not directly have internet access.  In this case, this missing Link is problematic.  We normally use a PC that DOES have NET access to login to our ATI account; download & verify & then install on the "protected pc".  Hopefully Acronis has mistakenly forgot to place the UR link on the (English) Account/Product/webpage?  Any feedback would be appreciated

Bob, if you already have AUR installed from an older version of ATI then this will be launched when you open the Tools page and click on AUR.

If you don't have AUR installed, then clicking on AUR should take you to the download page to get it, after which you should be able to take the same installer to use on your offline systems.

I just tested this on my system and it was happy to use AUR from my prior ATI 2018 version, but you could always uninstall the current AUR software and let it find and install it again to test if there is a newer version with ATI 2019.

Update - I tested on another system which never had AUR installed and was given the option to download it, where I was able to choose where to store the installer.

I expect this webpage mistake will be fixed soon...on the Support page for ati 2019, the UR file download is ONLY missing if "multilanguage" is selected, I tested and if German, Russian, Japan etc is chosen, then the UR d/l link IS shown!

I filed a support request to have it fixed :-)
