As before, you really need to resolve the issues with Windows 7 before you will be able to do a successful upgrade to Windows 10. Try the guides from the webpages posted above and if these do not help, then consider doing the in-place repair of Windows 7.

Now in corrupted Win 7 system from failure upgrade
Along with errors on boot - I can Not open some programs like Adobe PS etc
before trying upgrade --- the system was OK and I could open all software to work on... Means now failure upgrade happened more damage...
I think I can diskpart/clean SSD and restore back the backup, or try to FIX the corrupted Win 7 Pro system. After upgrade graphic card drivers and upgrade to windows 10 from DVD.
well?
Question: Restore points in Windows 7 - seem after upgrade to windows 10 - from Windows 10 or from failed Win 7 ??? Or maybe destroyed in the process of change OS,...?

I would suspect that your Windows 7 restore points may be lost by the failed upgrade but I have not relied on using restore points for many years and they are turned off by default in Windows 10 by Microsoft!
I personally would recover Windows 7 from my good full disk backup then address the issue with the graphic card drivers etc followed by making a further disk backup to protect the time being invested.

Do you think if try now UPGRADE TO Windows 10 Pro should be succeeded???
During upgrade should choose download updates, drivers during installation?

1. Cannot tell you if it will be successful or not - only trying the upgrade will do that.
2. I normally do this to try to avoid extra updates being needed after the upgrade.
