cannot archive windows 10 system discs as full .tib files - are declared corrupt by true vision restore utility.
With the latest version of True Image, I made a new recover path, narrowed the recovery from full PC to only my C system drive, and designated the file path to my USB storage drive holding backups.
The system on the drive was windows 10 version 1909.
The backup was defined as full, and passed verification after being created. It was first backup for that C drive.
I then launched the recovery utility and discovered that file was declared as corrupt. ALL my windows 10 archives made from another Windows 10 disc were declared corrupt as well.
The only recoverable archive was an old windows 7 archive.

In addition to Ian's questions, are you using the Acronis Rescue Media created by the same version of ATI as used to create the backup image files?
If you have created .tibx backup files, as is the default for Disk backups created by ATI 2020 and 2021, then all earlier versions of ATI will not work with these as do not know what they are!
Also, it is very important that .tibx files are not renamed to change the file extension to .tib as this too will not work - they have to stay as .tibx files.
