Today, we needed to Update our TrueImage 9.1 Advanced Server to latest Build,
but the Installer finished with errors...

The key error is "COM+ Errors detected". Usually it means that COM+ System Application service is disabled.

Could you please kindly check the services? The following ones should be started: Volume Shadow Copy, COM+ System Application, Distributed Transaction Coordinator (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services).

Should the issue persist, please regather MSI log and Windows System Infotmation in addition. It will give us more information regarding the cause of the problem.

Hello Yana,

I have the problem at my new installed Windows 2008 R2 Server. The Services are started: Volume Shadow Copy, COM+ System Application, Distributed Transaction Coordinator.

I attached an MSI-Logfile below.

Can You help me to solve this Problem?
