Hey,

I was wondering if I could get a link to the newest SnapAPI installer? I'm supporting a server with True Image Echo 8398 installed and its developed a problem with the server hanging just as acronis begins to run it's backup for the night forcing a hard reboot to recover. I've encountered this a few times before and normally reinstalling SnapAPI will clear it up.

I will send you the link to the latest version of SnapAPI drivers via PM in a minute. Please install it, and check whether the issue remains.

Unfortunately Echo products aren't updated anymore, as well as their components. In case the installation of this update won't solve the issue, we will need Acronis Info from the problem machine.

Please gather this information, and submit a support request with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
