Backups not completeing
Hi,
I have been using True image 2015 for some time but noticed recently that they were not completing, telling me that It could not read part of a disk, (Disk 4), and telling me that there was a CRC error. It recommended running chkdsk which I have done with no discernable errors. The problem still persists. One thing I cannot find is which disk it is referring to, as it doesn't give me a partition letter or any other information about the disk apart from "disk 4".
I tried going through the support route but having been told that I need to register, and asking for a product details which I found and entered I am told that the product is already registered. I have tried to contact Acronis by other means but the only way it seems to be possible is by putting a question up on the forum. The access to support is so convuluted that I can only assume that Acronis do not want to give any. Very Poor.
Can anyone out there provide me with an answer to the question I have posed above?
