Can't backup while in Windows 7

I have a Windows 7 64 bit Pro laptop and have installed True Image Home 2010. I can backup when I boot from the CD but it won't work while in Windows. The log does not show an error. It will tell me it completed but it does not create an image file. I did run as an Administrator also. Any ideas?
