Disk is Full
Ok, I give up. I setup a backup task to backup to another HD every night. After 5 nights I get the dreaded "Disk is Full" error message. I know there are instructions on how to prevent this but I DON'T SEEM TO BE ABLE TO FIGURE THEM OUT! And frankly, from the questions and comments from many others on the net, I'm not the only one. Even trying to get customer support from Acronis is difficult. Can somebody please help a new TI user?

No Consolidate option found --- I do not see either a shortcut menu or a Consolidate option when i right-click on an archive after selecting Recover in trhe left siebar. The menu I see starts with the items Open and Explore. Further down there is an item named "Archive" and when you click on it three optios are available: Mount, Recover, Validate. No sign of Consolidate anywhere.
I am using ATI 2010 in Windows XP - SP2.
I have a Disk Full message on the drive holding backups, and cannot find a way to tell which of the items listed are full backups, which are differential, which are incremental, etc. As I recall, that information was presented to you in version 11.
As I recall, Consolidate was an option written plainly at the top of the window, after you elected to Manage an archive, in version 11 of ATI.
As this is my second big issue with ATI 2010, i am about to scrap it and go back to version 11.
