Failed to edit backup settings
How many hours must I waste trying to back up my system? Whatever I do, I get an error message. I can't edit the backup settings. I can't backup. I can't even contact the support team, because something expired a couple of months ago. I can do nothing.
Looking back through my account information, it seems that I've never backed up anything, although I've subscribed since True Image 2010. And I lost everything and had to reinstall the operating system and (still slowly) reinstall all my apps.
So, how do I edit the backup settings? I've tried to follow the KnowledgeBase advice, but that didn't work, either.

With any of the prior versions, did you create a task and get a window or log showing successful completion?
