Thread needs solution

I started Acronis and was told a new version is available, do I want to download - yes!

Download completes - do I want to install - yes!

Automatic update fails with attached message.

Can't Acronis do ANYTHING right! Why provide an automated update if the old version has to be uninstalled first?
