Latest update
After installation of latest update, under windows 7, I get the message "Starting Acronis Loader". Then the computer just sits there till I press return. Pressing F11 does nothing. any Ideas?

Had you previously enabled the Acronis Recovery Manager or a Secure Zone?
What brand and model PC?
Have you tried running a repair install of 2013?

Got similar results on both my Acer Aspire X3300 PC and Acer Aspire 5532 Laptop (running Windows 7). Both had Recovery Manager and Secure Zone enabled. Contrary to previous statement, I did manage to sort both with System Restore. All is well except I am reluctant to apply the update again. It was downloaded separately to both computers, and caused very similar malfunctions on both machines, which I don't think can be a coincidence. I have been using True Image for several years and this is the first time I have had a problem with an update. I think I shall wait for a while to see if this is a problem to anyone else.
