Online Backup: Error occurred while resolving windows library
Not a happy customer of this product at the moment. I backed-up to an external drive with no problem. I also signed up for online backup, but whenever I try to back up, I run into a series of error message. The most common is "error occurred while resolving windows library." This includes a link to a knowledge base page which apologizes for having no clue what the error message means.
Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately the error message provided is not really informative and this issue will require investigation.
Please contact our tecnical support here giving screenshot of the whole error message and Acronis Info log. Since you have Online backup subscription you are also entitled for tecnical support until the subscription is valid. Please remember to give correct product information the way it is described here
