Problem with knowledge base instructions for backup to network share

I am using a full version of True Image Home 2011.

I am able to browse my network backup drive shares in Homegroup and Network with no problem in Windows 7. I am following the instructions in the Acronis Knowledge Base http://kb.acronis.com/content/13504.

When I get to the Network browse instruction (Section 3), True Image will show me the network drive, but none of the shares that I easily see and access in Windows 7.

We had some issues with accessing the network shares from the product, but these were resolved in the newest Update 1, build #6574.

Please find the complete list of fixed and known issues in the release notes at this link, and refer to the following Knowledge Base article for details: Acronis True Image Home 2011 Build 6574.

Please install the latest update onto your machine and check whether the issue remains.
