Hello Bryan,
Thank you for the provided information.
To make Nonstop backup functional please remove the old Time Explorer storage and create a new one. Unfortunately, this is the only way for now.
Being that I am the moderator of the forum I am unable to take care of your refund request. I would like to ask you to contact our Live chat service so that our operators can perform the necessary actions.
To get the access to Live chat service or e-mail support one should go to this page, under Contact us click on the Start here button, select Have questions. From the pop up select Technical issue with product. Select I am using Online backup service, choose product from drop down box. Choose Live chat.
Please do not hesitate to ask additional questions if the provided information is not clear or you need a further assistance.
Thank you.

I got rid of Time Explorer and Nonstop now works fine, thank you.
Clearly Online corrupts things and should be withdrawn.

The new built is out, at least on the German Website.
And I just installed it and the Problem seems to be solved, finally.

I went to the Western Digital website and followed the instructions to format the hard drive (no manual was supplied with the disc) and then went to One Click Backup.
I got an error message:-
(0x0) Tag = 0x0
I have searched this forum and have seen this error appear on posts but can't find a solution.
I have tried to find a support number for Acronis and can only find the "pay support" but as this is a new item I should be receiving 30 days free support.
I am running for the first time the True Image Backup and it seems (fingers crossed) to be going through as I'm typing this so I presume that this will backup everything including the operating system on on my computer should the worst happen.??
I would appreciate any advice on how to fix this error, confirmation that backup will be backing up the important information, and a contact number for Acronis. The only number I can find is the corporate number.
Many thanks in advance.
