Hi,
I don't know WHEN to create Dr. Watson dump because the crash is NOT REPRODUCTIBLE. It is a random crash.
So, what other datas should help you that i can get several days after the crash ?
Regards,

Unable to reproduce the bug, so unable to get a Dr Watson crash dump.
Please find these screen snapshots.

Greetings 100pier,
I would suggest reviewing the method for capturing DR Watson so if the crash does happen again, you can retrieve the the information Yana is requesting. The event viewer is another good place to look for information specific to a system or application error. I see this was provided above in the Acronis System Report.

i have updated recently to build 6154, do you it should resolve this crash issue ?

No way to know for sure. The c0000005 error has more than one possible cause. I started picking through your event viewer, but am not a programmer and nothing stood out. Yana or her team might shed more light on the specific nature of the error.

Try procdump http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/dd996900
run it as
procdump -e -ma trueimagehomeservice.exe
However you should be able to collect the crash dump of TrueImage.exe process - did it display the ususal 'stopped working' window when crashed?

Yes, i got the usual "stopped working" window when crashed.
