ABR10's email notification looked like this:

Operation completed successfully.
Description : Create Full Backup
From: D:\TJH_DATA\...
To file: "file://bpibm346\lacie_2tb_usb\acronis_data\TJH\TJH_T410_DATA___2011_05_12_00_01_34_038F.TIB"
Compression: Normal
Exclude: Files matching mask
Match criterion: *\System Volume Information\*{3808876B-C176-4e48-B7AE-04046E6CC752}; ... Description: "TJH T410 Data"

ABR11 has reduced it to:

Full backup Task completed successfully.
Description : It is a full backup creation task (custom scheme).

Where is this "Description" text coming from? It's totally useless information; any number of things here would be actually helpful:  Completion time; elapsed time; name of the plan; size of the backup.

Even the plan's Label (which the user specifies in the plan) would be helpful.

Is there any way to fix this?

You should probably contact support. That is not normal behavior. The email notifications do contain a lot more info.

Before you do contact support, though, check your settings. See attached picture, (especially the part highlighted in yellow)
