Server 2003 SBS - Failed to Create Volume Snapshot

Running Acronis Backup 11

While trying to backup to an external hard drive, I get Failed to create volume snapshot.|| Error code: 0x70021.

Backup Exec was installed on this machine, backing up to tape drives. I uninstalled that program as per instructions prior to Installing Acronis.
Now, we have no backup at all.
Attached file from Acronis and SQL, just to see if the error logs were caused by Acronis or not.
