Acronis Online Backup Server: unknown error

I've been trying almost a month now between trying the trial and buying the full version for online backup and I've only been able to get about 30 GB worth of data uploaded and now I'm getting the error in the Title line. I never had these issues with Carbonite and I'm sorry I let my subscription lapse with them. I love the Acronis True Image Home 2012 product, but this online iteration seems like a waste of money as I'm not sure if I'll ever finish a backup at the rate this is going (again, no problems doing this when I used Carbonite before).
