Backup as a Different User
In the back up settings their is a option of running as a different account. My account belongs to a domain. ATIH 2012 rejects my account login with a invalid password no matter what I enter. ATIH 2011 however always worked with the individual user login. I'm not sure whats going on with 2012 or how to fix it. If I let the schedule kick off with the user credentials the acronis error code i get is 0x0090000A. If I look in the knowledge base this error is not described.
Any suggestions please?

Was installed exactly the same as 2011 as available for all users.
Simply 2012 will not authenticate against a domain by the looks. no matter what is typed in it simply refuses to play ball. Would appear to be broken.

Bump
No response and I've seen others with this problem.
Can some one tell me where I find the format for the TIS files so I can manually add to the script not to try and login as a different user? If I create the script through TIH it seems to want to try and fill these fields out when the script is scheduled. I want to stop this....not sure what TIH is doing but it will not authenicate against a local admin account or a domain server trying to use different credentials.
Yes it was installed for all users.
n fact spent an hour searching for the TIS format and its not sepcified in the manuals by the looks at all.

I haven't tried logging into TIH through a central domain. In the corporate version this is achieved by installing Acronis Agent, something that is not part of the Home versions, I'm not sure if the Home version is capable of understanding centrally held domain accounts, i will see if i can find that out for you.
Can you check that under PC management that all logons are members of the Backup Operators and Acronis groups.
