Becker Ready 50 LMU

Thread needs solution

My Becker Ready 50 LMU will not be recognized by the OEM Becker Content Manager Software as long as Acronis True Image 2012 will be installed. If i uninstall it the software will find it.

According to the support of Becker this is caused by Acronis software that blocks several ports which Becker uses to communicate with their products. The claim that it is not a Becker fault and a fix must come from Acronis.

Even a Acronis patch to get some Flash drives, that are not visible anymore after an acronis product was installed, will not help.

The Becker software will always say no device connected.
If the acronis product will be uninstalled the device can be found and works normally.

Just a question, did you install the lastet version of 2012. It is Update 2 build 7119. The knowledge base article you referred to does not pertain to the lastet version/build, as newer drivers are installed with it. If you did install ATIH 2012 Update 2 build 7119, and are still having these problems, you should contact support and report this issue.

Yep the latest version...

I´m out of options right now. The system says some support options can not be chosen because of an outdated supportprogram

I have the same behaviour with my Becker Professional50 (I use since 2 days). I use also the latest version oh TIH2012 Update 2 build 7119.
What I see ist there is no solution available - is this right?
