Vasco,
When you select Create Media Builder on the 3rd form (the one after you select which components to include) is the Bootable Media options, enter whichever parameter you found to work in the Command-line parameters box.

Bad news...for me.
NOAPIC or ACPI=OFF do not work...
With "quiet noapic" I have the same panic screen, with "quiet acpi=off" I have a black screen...

Bad news again...
With "quiet acpi=off vga=ask" I have a screen with many options I try all... with some of them I receive a message "Loading, please wait", but nothing happens...
My question: why the Boot CD of the Acronis TI 2012 version runs with no problems???

This is a problem that support needs to address with you.
I can only suggest options to try until support can resolve your issue.
Try using the "vga=ask" parameter by itself. Select your vga mode (if you can get that far). 1024 X 768 X 32 is a good choice for most users, by try 800 X 600 x 32 as well. If you get to a Linux command prompt, enter /bin/product and press enter to start True Image

According to some Linux folks the kernel panic: not syncing message sometimes relates to bad ram on your system. It may be worth your time to do some memory testing. I use Memtest+. http://www.memtest.org
You can download a bootable ISO image to create a CD from here http://www.memtest.org/download/4.20/memtest86+-4.20.iso.zip

I try everything ... but the computer freezes, sometimes with a black screen or with text lines. Then I need a Hard Reset to start again the computer.
With the Acronis TI 2012 Boot CD I have no problems... I don't know if I can Restore with this CD a TI 2013 backup file!!!

Vasco,
You should be able to restore backup files made from 2013 using the 2012 bootable CD without any problems.
