Can't recover files from Non-Stop Backup
I have extensive backups in Non-Stop Backup. When I try to select a file from a backup by using the "Explore and Recover" tool, I can select the file and click on Recover. The status window opens, stating that the file is being restored. But it never appears in the location I tell the Recover tool to use, or anywhere else on my hard drive.

Can you provide more information about your system, and your version of True Image?
Some screen captures of what you are doing would also be helpful.

In step 1 on the left hand side pulldown, select "customer care" and on the right hand side pulldown, select "other", then use email or chat, your choice.
