XP64 can't mount backup image

So I provided my client a copy of TrueImage as part of the disaster recovery strategy for one of my systems (XP Pro). It installed no problem. I tested the mounting and also restoring of the image made.

When I took the image back to my office and tried to mount it on my PC which is XP64, the task does not complete itself. I have to do a hard reset inorder to reboot the machine.

I'm using the 2010 version that was just released on my PC and the image was made with the original product release.
