[RESOLVED] File Backup from net didn´t work

Thread needs solution

Good Morning,

i have a big problem to create a file backup.

1. I select folders from a mounted net Folder on a 212+ Synology
2. The backup i stored in a net folder on a 212+ Synology
3. All folders are accessible from the Windows7 PC
4. After starting the backup i get this errors in log:

1 Information 23.10.2012 09:44:22 Attribute für Backup-Reservekopie: format tib; need_reserve_backup_copy false;
2 Information 23.10.2012 09:44:23 Aktion TimeBackup wurde manuell gestartet.
3 Information 23.10.2012 09:44:23 Aktionsbeschreibung: Stufenbeschreibung.
4 Information 23.10.2012 09:44:24 Attribute für Backup-Reservekopie: format tib; need_reserve_backup_copy false;
5 Acronis Test Program 23.10.2012 09:44:37 Datei oder Verzeichnis '\\Diskstation\Firma\Daten\' kann nicht gefunden werden.
6 Acronis Test Program 23.10.2012 09:44:40 Datei oder Verzeichnis '\\Diskstation\Firma\F\QtdSync\' kann nicht gefunden werden.
7 Acronis Test Program 23.10.2012 09:44:42 Datei oder Verzeichnis '\\Diskstation\Firma\F\Wawi95\' kann nicht gefunden werden.
8 Acronis Test Program 23.10.2012 09:44:45 Datei oder Verzeichnis '\\Diskstation\Firma\F\Windata8\' kann nicht gefunden werden.
9 Acronis Test Program 23.10.2012 09:44:48 Datei oder Verzeichnis '\\Diskstation\Firma\F\Tools\' kann nicht gefunden werden.
10 Acronis Test Program 23.10.2012 09:44:48 Es gibt nicht für ein Backup.
11 Acronis Test Program 23.10.2012 09:44:48 Aktion mit Fehlern beendet.

So what could i do?
Volume backups are working fine.

Please help.

PS: The translation for german in this log are worse ;-)

Do you access your NAS via a mapped drive letter or via UNC? True Image prefers UNC or via IP address.

I tried both ways. Now i have contact via chat. Now i deinstall and reinstall Acronis and it looks like that the problem is gone. I have to ckeck 2 more Backups. If the problem is gone or not i see in 1-2 hours. I report the result here :-)

After reinstall TI2013 all backups work as they should :-)

The problem was, that a chat hotliner messed up something when reinstalling TI2013 with teamviewer. After a new deinstall und reinstall by me, all is fine now ;-)
