Same problem I had running Acronis True Image 2009. I updated the "schedulManager" as suggest on a forum thread, with no result. BTW, despite the task ended with "completed with errors", it looks OK and fully done. As Stewart I complain that this failure gives no possibility of running the task automatically, despite I checked "no error messages" in the task setup.
Pls give support.

I have exactly the same problem. Contacted support in the past and they suggested to check "no error messages" but the problem still exists.

I think Acronis support should take a serious look at this issue as this seems to be happening to more than a few users.
