[RESOLVED] How to download/register 2011 version?!
Hello everybody!
I bought a license in 2011. Reinstalled my machine some hours ago and thought there should be no problem, just go and download the program and get on with it.... but NO!
I've spend over an hour trying to figure thus out but can't get it done:
1. I looked for a simple download of the older versions, simply not possible, not even a mention how/what (outrageous already!)
2. registered a user account
3. tried to then register my product key and get this answer:
Bitte überprüfen Sie:
################## — Die Seriennummer wird nicht unterstützt. Kontaktieren Sie bitte das Acronis Support Team.
4. If I then go along and click on the "contact the support team" site, it gets even more ridiculous. A clumsy page with no simple support email address on it, nowhere to be found! The stupid form one can find and fill out can't be sent until one enters product version but I can't select the old 2011 version.
A vicious circle!!
It has been quite some time since I was so disappointed by a company website! I considered Acronis products to be of quality for quite some time. What a shame, no, outrage! If I got this software illegally I'd have way less trouble!
Please let me know how I can download the 2011 version and I'll be out of here.

You should be able to register your product but it is too old to qualify for official support. You can post your questions on the forum and volunteers (like myself) will attempt to help you with your 2011 issues.
If you cannot register, then contact an Acronis moderator at this link via private message.

Once your product is registered, you can then visit your personal account and download the last or prior builds of TrueImage Home 2011 or download any of your registered products.

Andreas, the reason you cannot register the product is because it has been refunded. I would appreciate if we could communicate via a private message to address the issue with the serial number.
