Script not found

Thread needs solution

Hi all.
I have scheduled a backup every sunday night.
This morning, I have found this log:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

but the backup seems successful.
What to do?
Ignore the error message?

No worries, I will assist you with this situation.

As I can see from the log file - you're trying to schedule a task and it fails with message about script file. It means that product is not able to access your script (the file responsible for task configuration). In this case, I'd recommend you to recreate your task from scratch. It should help.

If the issue still persists, could you please provide me with more information regarding your setup?

-Which product do you use?

-Could you please let me know the build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3 or 4 digit number)?

-How exactly do you configure your task (is it a partition backup or data), what is the destination of the backup?
