Backup Scheduler seems really confused with names of a new schedule and an old one

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis True Home Image 2012
Generally, it works very well but I have scheduler issues.

How do I find the schedule database and read it?
How do I clear it out completely and start fresh?
Is it a file somewhere or registry entries?

Thanks

Do a
Windows file search for
Archives.xml
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Database\archives.xml
This can be deleted and will be auto recreated.

Also a search for
Scripts
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts"
Any deletion of tasks can be done from within the program or done manually, the program will become more confused.

The paths shown are for Windows XP Pro. Win 7 will differ.

The Archives is a listing of the backup names created.
The scripts is the task which runs for a backup plus a sepratate script for each validation.

If you are having backups created which are not part of our tasks, you may have some old rogue tasks running which need to be cleaned out.

Or, it TI seems to have gotten confused and mixed the tasks, then creating all new tasks should suffice.

Another option would be to uninstall. Run the cleanup utility (see link below) and reinstall.
