Cannot connect to server while through Proxy script

Hello,
i have a connection issue. I am trying to backup my info from my work computer while at work.
My computer connects to the internet through: proxyconf_my-it-solutions_net.
It seems that Acronis True Image Online does not have this option, either "Use computer's proxy settings" or "Use automatic script".

Is there a workaround?

I have tried to enter the IP and port from the proxy server, but i do not need user name. No options work.

Are you sure the port isn't blocked by your Work IT?

If you bypass the proxy (if possible) does the Cloud then work?
