Do you have an Nvidia graphics card, and did you ever run Nvidia Update or install a newer version of the Nvidia drivers?

Since the original poster has not replied, I will refute his misinformation.

Those additional user identities are not caused by Acronis True Image. They are created by Nvidia Update, when updating drivers or software for their graphics cards. It's a stupid way to do updates, and many users have complained to Nvidia but they have no plans to change this foolish system.

Again, this is NOT an Acronis issue.
