Incremental Backup to Acronis Cloud

I recently upgraded to True Image 2013 to use the cloud backup feature. I have successfully backed 11GB to the cloud but it takes a long time with my connection (30 hours or so). I scheduled a weekly backup assuming that it would be an incremental backup but it seems that it is going to do a full backup again. Is there a way to change to an incremental backup? I can't have 30 hour backups every week!

The cloud backup operates differently from the desktop backup. In the cloud, a database is used to store each version of each file separately. The operation is essentially an incremental backup of each separate file.
What makes you think that you are doing a new full backup?

11GB over 30 hours seems about right, but on the slow side (you get about 0.8mb/s, a good ISP should get you over 1mb/s, but check your bandwidth).
In general, don't trust Acronis time estimates. Although I am not a user of online backup, the time estimates on the desktop are pretty bad.

Thanks Pat, the initial 30 hours is fine and is limited by bandwidth. But since only a hand full of files has changed I want the backup to only upload the changed files not the whole 11GB again.
