Blu-ray Backup

Thread needs solution

I think Acronis has advertised Blu-ray backup capability since 2011 and I have never been able to make it work. In 2013 it came closer. It actually did write to the disk. And I can mount the image.
But I got two error messages in the log which suggested I look up the error code in the Acronis Knowledge Base. The numbers, 0x00040003 and 0x1D8EAB676A3F668B
were not found in said Knowledge Base so I'm not sure the backups will restore.

Furthermore I checked make disc bootable and put Acronis TI on media and System Report as well on media. None of these appear on the disc. Of course it is not bootable. I have booted other disks from the Blu-tray drive

What is most frustrating is that when I bought the 2013 upgrade I was promised email support for 30 days. I can't find a way to contact a human without paying $9.95 per incident.
