Acronis True Image 2013 trial support by chat or email

Thread needs solution

Is it possible to get Acronis True Image 2013 support by chat or email for the trial version? Every time I try to get to the support chat, it asks for which program I have but the dropdown is blank so I cannot proceed. Or do I need to purchase the product first before I get support?

Purchase is not necessary in order to support via either email or live chant.
First stop must be to register the trial serial number into your own account. This is the 64 char. serial provided by email. This regsistration is needed in order to get support.

One computer per license on any version except 2012 and 2013 has offered versions identified as family packs which provide for installation into 3 computers.

I registered my product with the 64-character trial serial number when I downloaded and installed it. However, I cannot get to chat or email support. I get stuck at the field that asks for the name of my product. It asks: "Please choose one of your registered products below, so we can help you with your technical question," but when I click on the drop down, nothing happens. I cannot type anything in there and being unable to select my product prevents it from advancing to enable me to ask for help.

Try accessing the support page when you are logged into your personal account--not the forum

Yes, I tried that but the drop down under "Please choose one of your registered products below, so we can help you with your technical question" was blank. However, after I registered the product per your instructions at http://forum.acronis.com/es/node/41586#comment-130271, True Image 2013 displayed in the drop down. Thank you. I will contact them as soon as they open for business tomorrow.
