[DUPLICATE] TIH 2013 - no USB keyboard/mouse when running recovery CD!
First, I'd like to say hello to all of you, forum members. I've just bought a Family Pack license for ATIH 2013 (installed it along with the update that the setup told me there is), the initial backups on two of my machines completed flawlessly but when I tried to boot off newly created recovery CD, I was unable to use my USB keyboard or mouse (Logitech K800 keyboard and Logitech Performance MX mouse, both connected to the same Unifying receiver plugged directly into motherboard's USB port (Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3L mo-bo)). The USB legacy support is enabled in BIOS, I was able to use the keyboard to edit BIOS settings or change boot device in Acronis menu but as soon as TIH starts it stops responding to keyboard/mouse input. What makes the whole thing strange is that many times I've used Acronis True Image HD (bundled with Kingston SVP100 SSD) to clone drives on the above mentioned machine and then the keyboard was working, so was the mouse. On my another computer, the Toshiba Tecra A4 230 the problem doesn't exist but I do want to be able to use recovery CD features on both of my computers. Could you help me with this issue?

So what can I do then? To be honest, the imaging functionality was the main point for me to buy the ATIH license and now, not being able to use it makes this purchase pointless... Is buying the Plus pack the only way to solve the problem? For me it would be very dishonest to force people to pay extra for sth that worked out-of-the-box in the earlier version.

Use the previous build of ATI2013, until Acronis issues a new build correcting the issue.

I have actually thought of it, thank you. Excuse my ignorance - there are two questions I'd like to ask: what is the previous build number of ATI2013? 5551 or sth else? Also - I assume I'd have to get it from somewhere else than Acronis website because when I log into my account I can see only the most recent build, the same happening when I select the "older compilations and version history" - there's only 6514). Am I right here?

Yes, build 5551. You can download the .exe installer of 5551 from your Acronis account, but I don't see any access to older Bootable Media .iso downloads. You can of course create the Bootable Media, but you'd have to install that build to Windows first.

If you contact Acronis customer support, they can supply you with a link to the 2013 build 5551 bootable media ISO.
