Back up Failed (0x000101F6+0x00070004+0x00040003)
Hi All,
I sadly have only just got around to setting things up so my live chat support has expired.
I have set up a back up and have received the below error:

Event code: 0x000101F6+0x00070004+0x00040003
however there is not support under this error code.
I am backing up to a secure FTP and have checked the connections etc. and all is working fine.
any thoughts?

Many users have issues when backing up to network locations, due to limitations of their routers. Many home routers can't handle such an intense, high-volume, extended data transfer.

Hi Tuttle,
Thank you for taking the time to respond.
I am confident the router is okay as I have 2 identical set up's (same OS, Router etc.) and one is working fine and one is not. The only difference is that one set up is at a different location.
Is there any way to test you theory?
Are there other options that relate to the error messages stipulated as I have not been able to resolve each error code to an explanation of an actual error.
