Online backup failing and registration lost

Thread needs solution

Been using the online backup, purchased 5 extra gbs. Have receipts. Been using for a month or so. Expires Sept 2010. Had 25-28 gbs backed up on line. Now tonight I checked the backup. Says I am not subscribed to online backup service. some vauge instrucions to click on appropriate link and register like I have never used the acct and I am a new client.

When I try to submit a question to technical service I either run into a pay site or the technical support online form never connects.

Does Acronis monitor this forum to contact me at al@dorw.us to try to resolve what happen to my files, why does you account show me at 25 gb, paid and have receipts for 30 and why does it ask me to register when I have. apprecite some coments. Al
