My friend cannot log in to the the Acronis site to get help
My best friend and I bought the 2013 version of TIH.
He registered his program almost immediately and when it opens it says that the product is activated.
When he tries to log on to the Acronis page he can't do it, even though he has entered his name address email etc. He has been sent multiple passwords and no matter what is sent he gets the message user name or password not valid or words to that effect. he's going in circles trying to simply log in!!
what to do?
I'd like to use live chat but I can't use my name and password and then enter his info into the chat box.
Is there an email address he can use to get correct log in information or can his existing information be removed so that he can start fresh?
