Restoring single boot from a triple boot system

I have a triple boot system with win xp, 7 & 8 installed in that order. They are in different partitions in 2 hard drives. Can anyone advise how to just restore the win 7 into a new hard drive. Thanks.

Resolved. I went ahead and just backup the win 7 partition. I ignored the software suggestion of including the win xp partition. Then I restored the whole partition to the new drive. On completion, I got an error message of the restoration failed. However, the new drive booted up with win 7. I have not detected any errors yet.
