When performing a Backup, the USB Keyboard Logitech MK710 is not working. Can you please help me!

What are you backing up to, and if to an external USB drive, is it possible that it is using the same USB hub as the keyboard? Have you tried moving the keyboard to a different USB socket? For example, if both the keyboard and USB drive are on the back, can you try inserting one into the front?

It could be that the surge of data from the backup is overwhelming the USB hub. Trying a slot on a different part of the computer might eliminate that as a possibility.
