Doesn't work at all

Thread needs solution

This software is total garbage. It doesn't even go through one backup. It stops on "calculating disk space" or something similar to that. I have nothing but errors in the log and each time I click on the "more information" link all I get is an 'we're sorry" message stating the error cannot be found.

Since I had computer trouble and didn't get to install this garbage on my computer until after the free support had ended, I am just going to uninstall and never pay any of my money for any acronis products and none of my customers will either.

I posted this here since I cannot find any other way to tell acronis how dissatisfied I am with their product.

I any one from acronis actually cares, I would like to try to see if it can actually work in any way at all.

This forum is taken care of by users like you and me, and infrequently visited by Acronis staff. If you want to vent, contact Acronis directly.
This software is not garbage, it works perfectly on my computer but not on yours.
If you want some troubleshooting help from other users, please indicate your disk configuration, your OS, the backup settings you are trying to use and the errors you see in the log.
